My name is Leanne thanks for visiting my page.

I'm a London based Yoga teacher, Aerial yoga teacher, Pilates, Fitness insturctor, Thai massage therapist, Crystal bowl sound and Cocao practitioner. I have been in health and fitness industry for over 16 years now.  I am a mother of two wonderful children and am married to a fantasic man.

I love to get creative and have a love of macrame its my open eye meditation. I also love to get outside in nature walking with my fur baby. I am passionate about all things Yoga, movement, and sound. I started my own yoga journey 20 years ago just after the birth of my first child. As they say the rest is history.  My love and passion for Yoga, movement and sound has grown over the years exploring many aspects of Yoga, movement and sound healing. Slowly but surely Yoga became a way of life. I love to share my passion with you all Yoga keeps us mentally and physically strong in all arears of life on and off the mat.
